UFC PT – Day 2

So today was all about choosing which program I was going to start over the next 30 days. I decided to work on my strength.

After about a 5 minute workout it was time for a round of 19 sets of exercises including squats, press up and various arm exercises. You repeat these exercises twice within the 19 sets and try to improve on what you achieved before. You also graded to.

It was a really tough workout but I’m glad I stuck at the 25 mins. There was a problem though, during my cool down exercises, Kinect crashed! The whole workout was lost, really annoying.

So tomorrow will involve me doing all that again. Despite the crash things are looking positive and I’m really enjoying the game.

    Good luck with the UFC dude. Zumba kills me. This I think would finish me off. Looking forward to Your Shape 2. will look forward to your review of that if you do one
